About Me

I believe in the power of listening. People will surprise themselves when the truth surfaces.

My goal is to create a place where you feel safe and heard. One thing I know for sure is that life should be lived with purpose, deeply connected to the things that matter most to you; that the world benefits from people who are fully engaged with their lives and that there are more possibilities for each of us.

Education and Background

I received my degree from Georgetown University and have worked with Fortune 500 companies, small start-ups, non-profits and individuals to help them achieve personal and professional goals. I received my training with the Co-Active Training Institute and am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a credential widely recognized as one of the most rigorous in the coaching industry. I am also a member of the International Coach Federation and have achieved their Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation.

After Hours

My home is in the San Francisco Bay Area and I coach internationally. When I’m not coaching, you can find me on a walk with Kip, my Dachshund rescue, rooting through a flea market, cooking for friends, or lost in a good book or knitting project.
