Hi, I’m Caroline….
I value and believe in the power of listening. People will surprise themselves when the truth surfaces.
My adult journey began with a degree from Georgetown University and has since led me to work with Fortune 500 companies, small startups, nonprofits, and individuals, helping them achieve personal and professional goals. Today, my focus is on shifting the narrative around how we engage with and contribute in the second phase of life, particularly in an era of extended longevity.
I received my training and certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from The Coaches Training Institute, along with specialized training in lifestyle retirement coaching from Retirement Options. I am credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and certified as a Navigating Transitions TQ Coach. Additionally, I hold a license as an Associate of the Rethinking Retirement Program. To support my ongoing professional development, I actively engage with the ICF, the Retirement Coaches Association, and the Modern Elder Academy.
My home is in the San Francisco Bay Area and I work internationally. When I’m not coaching, you can find me on a walk with my partner Marco and my dachshund rescue Kip, rooting through a flea market, cooking for family and friends, or lost in a good book or knitting project.
